We are a civil litigation, trial firm that wants to teach and train trial lawyers.
We are looking for new lawyers who want to learn how to prepare cases from inception to trial.
You will get experience preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and *trying cases*.
If you write a motion there is a good chance you will argue it.
If your case goes to trial, the partner will want you to try it with them.
Ideal candidates should have experience managing a caseload, completing written discovery, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Firm has clear and obtainable partnership track with all current partners having previously been associates in the firm.
We are looking for multiple candidates to join our expanding practice.

* Licensed to practice law in California
* 0-6 years of civil litigation experience
* Desire to try cases
* Strong legal writing skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill
