Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, and are licensed in *California.
* Candidates must have proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision.
Motion/deposition experience is preferred but not required.
We offer a flexible, friendly and casual environment in our centrally located downtown San Diego and Carlsbad offices and the ability to work remotely is an option.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000–$250,000 depending on location and experience.
