Qualifications:
* Admission and good standing with California Bar
* JD from accredited law school
* 3 - 10 years litigation experience
* Independent drive and initiative
* Excellent research and writing skills, including significant experience with law and motion
* Experience taking and defending depositions
* Trial experience
Work Description:
* Address all aspects of a case from initiation to disposition
* Develop and implement case strategies
* Manage case deadlines
* Handle Court appearances, depositions and all other case contact
* Effectively communicate (oral and written) with client, opposing counsel, court and all others on a matter
* Ethically and efficiently track and bill time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.
00 - $180,000.
