Attorney - Investment Funds

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and be involved in the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a diverse range of asset classes.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in private equity fund formation and be well-versed in related operational matters & high academics.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on the formation, structuring, and fundraising of private investment funds.
- Advise on sponsor internal arrangements and fund operations.
- Handle regulatory and compliance issues relating to investment funds.
- Represent fund sponsors around the globe across a broad spectrum of asset classes.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop innovative solutions for fund formation and operation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues pertaining to fund investments.
- Prepare and review legal documents and agreements related to fund formation and operations.
Requirements: - J.
D.
from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar in the state of the hiring office.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related operational matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in the legal and regulatory aspects of fund formation and investment management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $260,000.
