Attorney

We are a reputable law firm in San Diego seeking an experienced associate attorney with a minimum of three years of practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice and long-term care litigation.
Responsibilities: * Manage all phases of litigation cases, from initial assessment to trial preparation and resolution.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
Requirements: * Minimum of three years of relevant experience in medical malpractice and long-term care litigation.
* Licensed by the California State Bar.
* Exceptional research, writing, and litigation skills.
* Detail-oriented and efficient approach to case management.
