The San Diego office is seeking a Paralegal with litigation experience.
The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, litigation case management, deposition summaries, preparing records subpoenas, managing discovery, medical records summaries, and legal research.
In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role.
Areas of practice include General Liability, Products Liability, Labor & Employment, and other Litigation groups.

Responsibilities
Job Specifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements.
At least two (2) years of litigation work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong Excel skills required
Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
