Job Description Advanced understanding of specialized practice area, knowledge of several disciplines, and an understanding of the overall enterprise and competitive environment.
Influences timelines and expectations, and proactively negotiates across business lines and sometimes functional management.
Independently resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
Routinely uses significant judgment on moderate-to-complex business, legal and risk issues.
Accountable for multiple processes or programs and has input on strategy, and possibly budgets.
May be responsible for a team but may also be a senior individual contributor.
Develops staff for current and long-term departmental needs.
Maintains strategic relationships within department and networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise, within the company and the broader industry.
Basic Qualifications - Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority Preferred Skills/Experience - Eight to 12 years of relevant experience - Thorough and current knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the subject matter and/or business line supported by the attorney - Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills - Strong commitment to client service We are proud that U.

Pay Range: $145,180.
00 - $170,800.
00 - $187,880.
