What you will be doing:
* Assume primary responsibility on complex litigation/arbitration cases.
* Maintain excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
* Perform all aspects of a case under the supervision of a partner.
* Work with clients including broker-dealers; registered investment advisers and advisory firms; hedge and private equity funds; and investors and a wide range of national and international clients in various businesses.
Experience you will need:
* At least 5 years of quality experience in California state and federal court litigation/arbitration matters.
* Knowledge of FINRA, financial services, labor law, and complex business transactions is a plus.
* Must be able to work independently and under the supervision of a partner.
* Experience leading and managing complex cases.
* Candidates must live in San Diego county and be willing to work in-office 99% of the time.
* Excellent writing skills showcased in two writing samples.
* 8+ years licensed to practice law in California.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.
