I prepare COHABITATION AGREEMENTS (for unmarried, unregistered partners who have no intention of marrying), PRENUPTIAL (premarital) AGREEMENTS (for those anticipating marriage), MARITAL AGREEMENTS (for those who are married and want to memorialize a property, support, and/or parenting agreement), and MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS (for those divorcing, legally separating, or annulling their marriage) including DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDERS; POWERS OF ATTORNEY for financial management; ADVANCE HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVES (which may include a power of attorney for health care); and, REVOCABLE LIVING TRUSTS.
Another option: If you cannot afford representation and wish to represent yourself in court, I WILL PREPARE YOUR PAPERWORK, such as petitions, responses, requests for orders, financial disclosures, discovery (i.

, factual information requests directed to the other party or a third party) and your response to such requests), on a one-time or continuing basis.
I will personally do all of your paperwork in a confidential relationship with you.
In this limited scope, I will not represent you nor make court appearances on your behalf.
You will represent yourself in court.
This is a low-cost, effective alternative to attorney representation for those who are confident enough to argue their own case in court, but who want legal advice that a paralegal service is prohibited from giving.
