Legal Intake Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an Intake Supervisor to support the Intake Department and Partner in charge.
The Intake Supervisor will collaborate with team members to support the Partners and firm clientele.
This position reports directly to the Intake Director and requires strong interpersonal, sales, communication and management skills, as well as high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
), resourcefulness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Intake Supervisor will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while having fun, be empathetic but persuasive.
This is a full-time on-site position in San Diego, California and you will be required to work weekends as needed.
SALARY:
$30-$35/hour
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

The Intake Supervisor will:
Possess a thorough understanding of all intakes procedures.
Monitor day-day activities of the Intake team such as number of incoming calls and opportunities, follow-up attempts, and response time
Delegate assignments to Intakes specialists and ensure their completion.
Be able to answer questions from Intakes Specialists and know when to escalate to upper management.
Listen in on client calls to ensure outstanding customer service.
Assist in the management and organization of the CRM (LeadDocket)
Approve timecards, time off requests, and employee schedules
Assist with overflow calls and weekend coverage
Additional projects, as assigned
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: The Intake Supervisor candidate must possess 2+ years of team management experience, with background in business development or sales.
Experience in a law firm setting and knowledge of personal injury litigation strongly preferred.
