Join Fish’s San Diego team in our fast-paced Litigation Practice Systems Department as a Litigation Case Manager.
How Will You Make a Difference?
Case management, including direct supervision of paralegal and litigation assistant(s).
Anticipate and plan for all phases of litigation with minimal direction from supervising attorney.
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including preparation for filing of lawsuit, discovery, trial preparation and attendance at trial.
Organize and analyze documents, including the identification and appropriate handling of confidential and privileged documents.
Train, supervise and mentor senior paralegals, paralegals, and litigation assistants in all aspects of litigation support; and provide them with periodic feedback regarding their performance throughout the year.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
Bachelor’s degree, or specialized equivalent experience, or Paralegal certificate recognized by the ABA with the required experience
Minimum of 5 years’ of current experience in litigation support services, including significant trial experience is required
Experience handling investigations before the International Trade Commission and Federal Circuit appellate work is preferred.
Knowledge of Federal and State Court rules.
IP litigation experience is preferred.
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to maintain effective relationships with principals, attorneys, clients and staff, in person and via remote means, i.
e.
telephone, Skype and Zoom.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, ProLaw, Lexis, and Westlaw.
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to work in office a minimum of 1 day per week and more as required

This position has a hybrid telecommuting schedule with time split between working at the office and working remotely.
Our salary range for the position in San Diego is $56.
80-$78.
16 per hour
