We are looking to add another experienced litigation paralegal to our growing North San Diego team located in Carlsbad.
You must have a minimum of at least three (3) years of paralegal experience working in litigation.
Our work/life balance firm primarily defends large corporate companies to small family businesses in civil litigation, including premises liability, wrongful death and property cases.
Skills and Abilities:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
* Must be certified.
* Experience with Insurance defense and Construction law is a plus.
* Trial preparation, litigation maintenance, document management, calendaring, etc.
* Exceptional organizational, computer and technical skills.
* Have a strong work ethic.
* Must possess strong grammar, spelling and editing skills.
* Experience with filing procedures.
* Must possess a positive attitude.
* Must be organized to prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
* Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
* Experience conducting investigations and legal research.
* Must be proficient with drafting of discovery requests and responses, correspondence and pleadings.
* Must be knowledgeable and experienced with depositions and interrogatories.
