Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Act as a personal assistant to managing attorney
- Assist with a verity of office projects as needed
- Process payments, check payments, review reports, track office expenses, save receipts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-English is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
