The firm seeks a civil litigator with a minimum of 5 years experience to assist with general litigation cases, including defense of personal injury, lease disputes and general contractual claims.
The successful candidate will have their own case load.

The attorney will handle all aspects of defending lawsuits including written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions, and trial.
Strong writing and researching skills are a must.
Strong bonus program, salary commensurate with experience.

Salary: $120,000.
