*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct personalized estate planning sessions to design comprehensive and legally sound estate plans.
* Draft and review estate documents.
* Maintain proactive communication with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to foster strong relationships.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in estate planning, probate, and trust laws to provide authoritative advice.
* Deliver client presentations and manage a caseload efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and risk minimization.
*Requirements:*
* Active California State Bar license and good standing.
* At least 4 years of focused experience in estate planning.
* Exceptional client service skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
* Experience in trust administration and probate is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
