3-5 years’ experience, W&H and single-plaintiff employment work a must.
*You must be licensed in California - no exceptions.
* Strong writing skills, being a self-starter, disciplined, and proactive are a must.
Associate would play pivotal role in growing a rapidly expanding and dynamic national and West Coast employment practice.
Experience taking and/or defending depositions, preparing for trial and/or trial experience are recommended but not necessary.
