We are seeking a part or full-time attorney who is experienced in Plaintiff's employment law or willing to learn.
Our offices are conveniently located in the golden triangle behind the La Jolla Marriott.

The responsibilities include:
-Drafting demand letters and complaints, as well as answering complaints
-Propounding and responding to written discovery
-Taking and defending depositions
-Prepare and defend motions, as well as arguing them
-Prep the docs for, and attending arbitrations and mediations
-Prepare or respond to motions and argue them
-Prepare cases for trial and most importantly
-Provide our clients with outstanding customer service and communication.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
