Responsibilities:
- Assist our Paralegal's in preparing legal documents such as declaration's, bonafide's, Request for Evidence, and Immigration Petition's
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Review and organize legal documents and files
- Transcribe declaration's and prepare correspondence
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, and our Sr.
Paralegal with all document's and relaying case information

- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, filing documents, scanning and uploading documents to company software and assisting with client call backs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice and/or Paralegal Certification Program
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge or passion for immigration law.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Proven Experience in a High Volume Environment
