JOB DUTIES:
- Utilize superior phone etiquette when answering and transferring calls; must be able to communicate professionally, effectively, and clearly with clients and others.
- Facility management tasks such as setting up audio/visual equipment, making coffee, cleaning the breakroom, etc.
- Management and maintenance of client and agent database, office records, and files.
- Reviewing, organizing, and filing documents; maintenance of both hard copy and electronic filing systems.
- Scheduling meetings and video conferences.
- General clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning various documents.
- Maintenance and replenishment of office supply inventories, as well as stationary, equipment, and furniture.
- Handling and distribution of incoming mail, and preparation of outgoing correspondence.
- Organization and maintenance of office common areas.
- Running errands including bank deposits, document delivery, etc.
- Assist our managing partner with personal tasks as needed.
DESIRED SKILL SETS AND TRAINING:
- Ability to write succinctly and clearly in emails and other communication.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Developed time management skills and ability to balance multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service to all clients, vendors and visitors and work well with a team.
- Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn and build an understanding of legal and internal processes.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Knowledge of legal documents, legal language, and legal process a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.

Hourly salary is negotiable.
Hours M-F, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.
