Our law office is looking for an experienced bi-lingual (Spanish) legal assistant with workers’ compensation and personal injury experience for no more than a 35-hour-per-week work schedule.
We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Candidates must be able to work independently, multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be a team player.
The following knowledge is preferred:
EAMS filing requirements and process.
Drafting Applications for Adjudication, PTP Designation Letters, DORs, Change of Address Forms, QME Advocacy Letters, Demands, File Accounting Forms, and Discovery.
