Position Overview
As an integral member of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters.
We practice transactional law as well as provide litigation services to our clients.
You will get many opportunities to appear in court and engage in motion practice, as well as attend trials.
This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced team members and have the opportunity to take on challenging cases.
What You Will Contribute:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Attend meetings and conferences with senior attorneys
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents
- Assist in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks
What We Seek:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California state bar association (This is a requirement, if you are awaiting bar results we wish you the best of luck but this position is not available to you at this time.
)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
