The legal receptionist serves as the front-line representative of our prestigious law firm, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Essential qualifications include a proven track record in Accounts Receivable within a Law Office setting is required.
This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and callers.
*Responsibilities*
*Front Desk Management:*
· Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
· Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
· Assist with side projects from attorneys, paralegals, and marketing.
*Accounts Receivable:*
· Experience with Accounts Receivable and Collection for Family Law
*Client Interaction:*
· Assist clients with general inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services.
*Administrative Support:*
· Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
· Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
*Document Handling:*
· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
· Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents.
*Communication:*
· Effectively communicate with internal staff and external clients to relay messages and information.
· Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
*Technology Proficiency:*
· Utilize office equipment and technology, including phone systems, computer software, and document management systems.
*Confidentiality:*
· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and internal matters.
*Problem Resolution:*
· Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise at the front desk.
· Escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
*Qualifications:*
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management is a plus.
· Law Office experience with Accounts Receivable (Required)
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and calls simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
