LITIGATION ATTORNEY

We are seeking an associate for our litigation practice group to handle general liability cases including, commercial, and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, HOA, in a fast-paced and highly demanding atmosphere.
Job duties include:
* Handling cases from preparing responsive pleadings to trial
* Propounding and responding to discovery,
* Medical record review/summaries,
* Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts,
* Attend court hearings,
* Prepare motions/oppositions,
* Prepare case status reports to carriers
* Trial preparation.
Qualifications: *Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be driven, self-starter, and able to independently manage a caseload.
An ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years of experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background.
Ability to multitask effectively
* *Reliable and able to work a caseload independently under the supervision of a firm partner*
* We are willing to train the right individual.
* Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills are a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.
00 - $170,000.
