```Duties:```
- Assist attorneys in preparing correspondence, legal documents, and e-filing with the Worker's Compensation Appeals Board
- Answer phone calls, conduct intake interviews with new clients and gather information
- Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and medical reports
- Schedule appointments, meetings, depositions and court appearances for attorneys
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
```Requirements:```
- Proficient or Fluent in Spanish language
- Experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of worker's compensation legal terminology and procedures preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as document review and filing
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally and respectfully with clients, witnesses, claims adjusters and attorneys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
