$1,600 BEWARE !!!! (La Mesa)

BEWARE of Ed.
He has a rental at 4238 Vista Way.
It’s listed in here for $1600 a month.
“Cabin” “guest house “.
In La Mesa.
I gave him $3200 CASH- on the 26th of Feb.
he refused to give me a receipt.
He said I had to pay $150 MORE and he was going to give my receipt when I paid that amount so it could be “all on the same receipt “.
There’s NO HEAT in that shack.
It’s using the same address as him because it’s NOT ZONED as a rental and I could go on and on but I never got the receipt, never even signed a lease.
COPS were called by me and on the cops “body cam” he ADMITTED he took it.
Cops said “don’t you think you should give it back” he said “NO”.
Now I have to file a small claims lawsuit.
If ANYONE ELSE has been RIPPED OFF by this person PLEASE CONTACT ME.
That was literally all my money , and I’m now couch surfing and I need my $ back.
Maybe TOGETHER we can show who this man is.
But for goodness sakes- don’t ANYONE else be scammed by this man.
Look how many days it’s been on Craigslist.
How many people have been ripped off by him? Reach out to me.
