Work Space for your computer and plenty of eating areas and 2 outside decks.

Casita 1 The Garage also doubles as a rough Casita and has a queen Murphy bed, 1 full bath and sleeps 2.
On top of the garage I was planning on building another casita # 2 above the garage, it was designed with a large foundation for a 2nd casita.
Estimate was less than $7,000 and has water and electrical already there.
I’m an older guy and needing a hip replacement and other surgeries and don’t want to climb the stairs anymore.
Great home that basically will pay for itself if you want to Airbnb it.
