We will build AT OUR COST an ADU on your property, which will save you tens of thousands in construction costs .
Basic Terms:
(1) The client to choose one of our model ADU’s.
We have six models to choose from ranging from 600 to 1200 s.

Interior features to be discussed and agreed upon as part of the project design.
(2) The client to pay all permit fees, engineering and architectural costs directly, we’ll assist to coordinate and process the plans and approvals at no cost, just pay directly to the plan runner (outside service) to process permits.
(3) The client must be able to commit the funds upfront for the entire project and be able to disburse the funds every two weeks without delays.
No prepayment required, however, prompt payment for the work completed is essential.
(so, if you have to rely on bank's lengthy monthly draw request process, it will most likely not work)
(4) The client agrees to showcase the completed project for 2 weeks after the completion of the project to our prospective clients.
We will conduct open houses for two weeks and accompany tours to showcase the work.
(5) The client agrees to allow the completed project to be featured on our website and any other form of advertising and social media.
