Wanted: Boat to live on - $1 (San Diego)

Price of housing going up do you want to get rid of maybe a sailboat or something that can be lived on because I cannot afford the rent anymore and I’m actually from San Diego maybe a person would want to give up their boat because they’re tired of maintaining it or paying for it it would be awesome.
I take care of my mother who is 81.
