Please Help I Will Pick Anything I Can sell to Pay My Rent

I'm short $470.
I lost my job.
Anything will help.
I'm car mechanic / handyman so even broken or damaged items will be ok for me .
I can even do a any project for you if you rent me a tools .

or I can use my rent money my rent is $800 to rent any tools or buy materials( up to $320) if you busy I can fix anything or jusy sell cheap or scrap it to make like $100 each by the end of the month.
