I desperately need like a scooter or moped - $200 (San Diego)

I recently got a a good job and I am doing really well.
I just have not been able to get transportation.
My problem is that my new job requires me to be there very early before the buses run.
I have an electric bike, but it does not go uphill very well, and that I work downtown if anybody has like a scooter or, not a scooter but like a moped I would be so grateful.
