New with tag Lane Bryant 10/12 sheer top (Kensington)

Got this in a bag of giveaway clothes & the giver didn't want it back despite the tag saying $59.

My sizes are 8-10, M or L, shoes that fit 11 inch long, 4 inch wide feet if the toe box is round & roomy.
I'm not allowed to sell this, so please don't offer cash unless you work at Lane Bryant & can look up the tag info/their name, for a refund.
I can pull up your stuff on a rope/hook/bucket off my balcony & lower this down to the alley.
About 15 feet beats 6 feet!
