Native American Flute custom-made by local elder (San Diego)

Nice local elder custom-made this for me.
Bought it from him at major Indian Pow-Wow in San Dimas.
It has beautiful tones and sings with very, very little wind.
Comes with hand-made presentation arrow as well for free.
Looking for $350 cash or $400 value in trade such as pro auto mechanic, 20 ounces of silver, gift cards to Home Depot, Starbucks, etc.
Approx 24 inches long and about 2 inches in diameter in circumference.
