Need a small tractor with bucket BUYING - $100,000,000 (Poway)

I need a small tractor (42" wide or less) to move dirt.
Happy to buy one (does not need to be new).
I do not want to hire someone to do the work (tried that), this requires 5-8 different visits and projects, so buying is what I am after, since renting gets pricy if you need to do this in parts vs all at once.
