I would prefer to have a renter on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday every week because those are the days I take off and it’s a small, but very cozy, place and 4+ bodies in the room could feel like a lot.
I am all about keeping a home and not just a work place.
We’re in a prime location downtown in the La Jolla village.
The farmer’s market and several schools are close by—which means lots of foot traffic every day of the week.
It’s the perfect location to build and to bring your already established clientele to a place that feels lovely and inviting.
Amenities include, a private bathroom located inside the shop, washer/dryer, towels, coffee bar, some back bar although I encourage you to bring your own and allow you to sell your own products too, if you’d like; otherwise I have lots of great retail! 8% commission (or rent deduction) on all retail sold.
