Orange traffic cones wanted ! - $5 (Escondido)

Our nonprofit organization needs about 20 orange traffic cones for events.
New ones are too pricey, so we are looking for used ones in usable condition .
We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization , so we have a limited budget , and we run off of donations and grants.
We are looking to either get them donated if possible , or we have the budget for $5 each We can pick them up anywhere in San Diego county.
