Equipment Trailer (sd county)

I am seeking a trailer capable of carrying a Bobcat excavator.
MUST have current reg or be from out of state or be out of the Ca DMV system.
MUST have 10,000 lbs.
worth of double axles.
7,000 is not enough MUST be bumper tow Must be electric brakes PREFER it to be 12-14 feet, but i'm not too picky.
If you have a beast of a 10 footer I'm in.
I'd like four good tires and not a full on beater.
