Looking for Driveway Parking - $99 (South Pacific Beach)

Looking to rent a parking spot for a Lexus GX470 or Expedition Max (17').
I am renting an apartment with only one spot and have two vehicles.
I would be using the car somewhat regularly so it needs to be accessible all the time.
If you have a spot in your driveway that would be a a short walk (~10 min) around the AVA Pacific Beach, 3883 Ingraham St, San Diego, CA 92109 please let me know.
I work from home and use the vehicles for errands and to take the dogs to the dog beach.
Price is also negotiable.
