LOST Beagle dog (El cajon)

Please help us get our baby back.
She popped open the back window of our car as it was moving and jumped out to chase after a dog.
Last seen running Northbound on 2nd Street at 3:45 pm on March 15 near the old Conroys.
Please help us!! We are Beyond devastated.
