CAR NEEDED ASAP - $200 down for 2013 or up (San Diego)

I am in need to purchase a car ASAP that is the year 2013 or up.
My vehicle was repossessed on Tuesday and I used it to make a living through Uber and Lyft while I've been waiting for my security clearance to pass for a government job.
I have been trying to purchase a used car but no place will sell to me due to my credit history, recent repossession, the fact that I do rideshare, and not having a cosigner.
I have looked everywhere with no luck and have even tried searching for rentals but they all require hefty deposits.
I only have $200 to put down at the moment but can make additional payments in the near future to complete a larger down payment.
I just really need a car that is in good condition because I am stranded in my apartment and have no other way of making money while I wait for my government job to pass my security clearance.
I was hired back in July 2022 and have been waiting ever since.
Please help if you can.
