Headache Treatment Research- Volunteers Needed (San Diego)

Hello, I am conducting a study for my dissertation for individuals with tension-type headaches.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of various techniques alongside self- administered trigger point release therapy for tension-type headaches.
Participation includes a brief screening done via Zoom, questionnaires, and intervention that may assist with your pain— ALL DONE REMOTE! Length of participation is 35-40 minutes total.
Participation in this study is voluntary.
