We are looking to immediately hire a property maintenance Field Manager to our growing team! We are Repair Pros Contractor Services, Inc.
based out of Chula Vista and servicing all of San Diego.
Repair Pros is a dynamic and innovative company and we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
We specialize in basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring repairs as well as general handyman services.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our team.
Shift and Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekdays.

Responsibilities:
• Provide strong leadership to field teams, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and mentor field staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Oversee field projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collect and analyze field data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is a plus.
• Proven experience in field management or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
