Commercial Construction Project Manager

Location: Escondido, CA.
Requirements: 5yrs+ of Construction Project Manager experience on commercial projects.
Proficient in project software including MS Office.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to visit sites as needed.
Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications.
Preferred: Experience on ground up retail/restaurant projects.
Proficient in various software including Procore, Timberline, and Sage 300.
Degree in construction management.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $90,000.
