Requirements Currently possess at least a Property & Casualty insurance license ( + Prefer Health & Life licensed or soon to be) Experience worked at Insurance Agency Previous experience worked at Insurance agency Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Speaking 2nd language (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese or Tagalog) could be plus
