*Responsibilities*
* Revise offers, counter-offers, and other real estate documents for home buyers and sellers.
* Guide clients in finding and assessing properties suitable for their needs.
* Facilitate communication between the buyers and sellers during the transaction.
* Negotiate the terms of the purchase or rental agreement.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after closing.
