No pets preferred, sorry, as there are three pets in the home already.
Furnished or unfurnished room - bed, dresser, desk, direct door to yard.
However, exceptions can possibly be made for certain circumstances.
Peaceful, quiet, off-street, sunset view, 3BR 3BA home, front and back yard areas, composting, vegetable garden.
