- Backyard with grill, fire pit, swing chair, etc.
The location:
- One block from ocean, 2 blocks from Sunset Cliffs
- 15-min walk into OB for restaurants/bars
- 10-min drive to airport and central to all San Diego
The roomies:
Couple in their 30s and two friendly dogs.
We are chill, friendly, and like to have a warm, family-like feel in our house.
We are professional and relaxed, but not homebodies.
We have a good group of friends in the neighborhood and stay active with hikes, yoga, and being social.
The right roommate:
- most importantly, is a kind, fun, easygoing person to be around
- is clean and respectful of common areas/shared spaces
- ideally works outside of the home (we both work from home during the week)
- ideally does not have pets but loves dogs (One of our dogs is approximately 100 in dog years and we don't want to scandalize Pickle in her old age)
