I am looking for a mature graduate/post doc student or professional, here for special projects, working out of the house, not remotely, to rent my furnished second bedroom and full private bath.
The room will be available June 5 for June, July and August.
$1600/month.
Includes utilities, water, internet and attached garage.
Central air and heat.
Washer and dryer inside unit.
Condo community is very quiet and has a beautiful salt water pool.
About 1 mile from UCSD and Scripps facilities.
Very close to all services and bus stops to UCSD.
I have a dog.
