I live here with my kitty, Cassie, so you must be ok with a cat.
She’s very sweet and friendly (as I am generally).
I like to keep the shared living space fairly tidy and I expect my roomie to do the same (like picking up after yourself and putting your dishes in the dishwasher type of thing).
I don’t normally have a lot of guests but you are welcome to have a drama-free friend or two that respect your space come to visit if you like.
No pets.
Cassie is an only cat who prefers human company.
This is a large 2-bedroom - both bedrooms are ensuite master bedrooms so there is tons of privacy.
