This house is in the ideal location in SD.
It's central to nearly everything, right off of the freeway.
You certainly have your privacy when you want it, and can be social when in the mood.
The layout of the home is ideal for a roommate situation.
It's as though it's two separate homes, with virtually two of everything.
What's important to me is finding a housemate that is respectful of the people they live with, as well as someone who will take care of the home as though it's their own, someone who is financially stable, and does not bring the party home.
