The residents drink on occasion; however, no excessive drinking allowed.
Visitor/Guest Policy: Guests and visitors are allowed.
It's your home, so as long they are respectful, it's okay.
Overnight guests are also permitted.
We currently have a couple of dogs, so be dog friendly.

Street parking, but we live in a corner house, and parking has not been a problem.
